How early after my landing time should I schedule my airport pick up service?

Normally it is recommended to arrange your pick-up at the time your flight lands, your driver will be waiting for you when your flight lands. It is also recommended to send us a message or email if you have any questions inside the airport and it will take a while to let us know you have arrived. The airport have free Wifi.

What is considered luggage? How many suitcases can I bring? Will my luggage fit the vehicle?

Anything that needs to be stowed away in the trunk of the vehicle will be considered luggage. Carry-ons are bags that you can put on your lap while inside the vehicle. Oversized items (e.g. surfboard, bicycles, prams, folding wheelchairs, etc.) will count as pieces of luggage. There is no maximum amount of luggage, we have plenty of room for you and your luggage, but please let us know if you have more than 2 pieces of luggage per passenger to take the appropriate vehicle or trailer, the price remains the same.

Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?

Most of the vehicles will allow you to bring a foldable wheelchair. We try our best to attend to all your need. Please indicate that you’ll be bringing a foldable wheelchair on the ‘Special request’ field.

Can I cancel my airport transfer booking?

What should I do if my driver is late or I can't find my driver?

We are always very punctual, the driver always arrives 5/10 minutes early at the agreed location but if you cannot find your driver please call us immediately.
