Making changes to a booking is fairly simple but would depend on some conditions: whether it is with at least 24 hours or at short notice if we are able to accommodate your request. Wherever possible we will be happy to accommodate your request.

On arrival, your driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals hall with a sign with Sal Experience written on it.

On departure, The driver will arrive on-time at a point designated by you.

The price shown is the total service charge per vehicle, including taxes and tolls. The price varies according to the number of passengers. The total price is provided at the time of your booking.

Normally it is recommended to arrange your pick-up at the time your flight lands, your driver will be waiting for you when your flight lands. It is also recommended to send us a message or email if you have any questions inside the airport and it will take a while to let us know you have arrived. The airport have free Wifi.

Anything that needs to be stowed away in the trunk of the vehicle will be considered luggage. Carry-ons are bags that you can put on your lap while inside the vehicle. Oversized items (e.g. surfboard, bicycles, prams, folding wheelchairs, etc.) will count as pieces of luggage. There is no maximum amount of luggage, we have plenty of room for you and your luggage, but please let us know if you have more than 2 pieces of luggage per passenger to take the appropriate vehicle or trailer, the price remains the same.

Most of the vehicles will allow you to bring a foldable wheelchair. We try our best to attend to all your need. Please indicate that you’ll be bringing a foldable wheelchair on the ‘Special request’ field.

Cancellations may be done by contacting with us online. You will need to provide us with the below details:
Full name (the same name used for the booking)

Supporting documents to validate cancellation/refund request (flight cancellation notices, medical-related documents etc.)

A child or infant requiring an individual seat will be considered a regular passenger. Child or infant seats are available.

We are always very punctual, the driver always arrives 5/10 minutes early at the agreed location but if you cannot find your driver please call us immediately.

Please Check the pick up information on your voucher to ensure that you are at the correct location. This is the same information provided to the driver as well.
Check your registered email address to see if the operator has tried to contact you via email or by any other contact method that you provided during your booking. Tip: The airport have free WiFi.

While it may be common practice in some countries, tipping is optional but always appreciated!
Please be aware that tips are for the driver and are not refundable under all circumstances.

It’s quick and easy! Fill in the pick-up information, date and time and arrival and/or departure flight numbers and number of passengers, a confirmation email will be sent to you and complete the payment on the day of the transfer.

Please note that by making your booking you accept the terms and conditions of cancellation, as well as your responsibility to inform us if any information changes.

Sorry to hear that your flight has been delayed! Don’t worry, we’ll closely monitor the status of your flight, so as long as the flight number you provided hasn’t changed, your driver will be there to pick you up.

It is recommended to make a reservation at least 2 days before your travel date to ensure a high quality transfer service at the best price. We offer free cancellation for trips cancelled 24 hours before the indicated pick-up time, so you don’t have to worry if you have sudden changes in your plans.
