Price
Includes:
- The rates or taxes of hotel establishments, when indicated.
- Indirect taxes (namely IVA) when these apply.
- Technical assistance during the trip.
- All other services and complements that are correctly specified in the contracted product / offer (promotion).

Promotional or group prices may change without previous notice.
Special prices and discounts
The customer who requests a baby or child discount is responsible for having documentation that certifies that he / she complies with the requirements to benefit from the discount on all services that include him / her during the entire trip.
In the event that you detect at any time that a customer with a discount applied does not meet the required requirements, you will be required to pay the corresponding additional payment.
Payment Method, Registration and refunds.
Upon registration, the Agency may request a deposit of at least 30% of the total value of the trip, issuing the corresponding receipt specifying, in addition to the amount anticipated by the traveler, the requested trip. The remainder must be paid on delivery of the vouchers, to be made at least 3 days before the departure date. Reservations are subject to obtaining from suppliers the confirmation of all services.
The payment can be made online through this website, in our physical store or in through deposit or transfer in our bank account (contact us for more details).
The remaining can be paid at the day of activity.
In case of private tours you will need to pay at least 70% in advance.
International bank transfers must be made at least 7 days in advance and proof must be sent by email or WhatsApp with the booking reference number.
You can also pay by cash (euros and escudos) and credit card.
Failure to pay the full price of the trip under the conditions mentioned, will imply the cancellation of the trip, being applied the conditions of Cancellation Policy listed bellow.
All refunds will always be formalized through the way you have made the payment, with no refunds for services not used voluntarily by the traveler.
Change of date
It is possible to change the date of your tour (free of charge) in case of illness or any other situation, as long as you contact us in advance and these changes were accepted by us, that is, as long these changes is possible without incurring extra costs.
These Extra costs represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, transportation deposits and other non-recoverable tour expenses. Please send us a message to find out what, if any, these costs are.
Cancellation Policy
For cancellation due to any reasons (such as illness, change of personal circumstances), the date on which the request to cancel is received by REIS TRANSPORTE SERVICE will determine the refund due as follows:
a) 24h or more before the start of the tour: No cancellation fee.
d) Less than 24h before the start of the tour or if you don’t show up: 100% cancellation fee.
e) Special offers are not eligible for cancellation.
We will refund the amount paid less any non-recoverable upfront costs incurred. These upfront costs represent out of pocket expenses for tickets, transportation deposits and other non-recoverable tour expenses. Please send us a message to find out what, if any, these costs are.
In case of late arrival or delay on the day of the tour or arrival for the next day, be sure to inform us in time, so that we know your time of arrival and to avoid canceling your reservation. REIS TRANSPORTE is not responsible for consequences related to your delay or any cancellation or no-show fees.

Claims
Any non-conformity in the performance of a service included in the contract must be communicated to the agency in writing or in another appropriate way as soon as such non-conformity occurs, within a maximum period of 5 working days.

Insurance included.
The agency’s liability and arising from the assumed obligations, is guaranteed by a civil liability insurance at Companhia de Seguros IMPAR, policy no. 700400282/0 , In the amount of 2,000,000 cve, under the terms of the legislation in force.
For any service provided by our partners outside Sal island, they will be responsible and cover all necessary insurance.
Assistance
In case of difficulties of the traveler, or when for reasons not attributable to him, he cannot finish the trip, the agency will provide the following assistance:
a) Provision of adequate information about health services, local authorities and consular assistance; and
b) Assistance to the traveler in carrying out remote communications and finding alternative travel solutions.
If the difficulty underlying the request for assistance was caused by the traveler deliberately or through negligence, the agency may charge a fee in the amount of the costs incurred as a result of providing that assistance.
Guaranteed departure
All circuits with guaranteed departure operate with a minimum of 2 people, excluding tours/trips expressly specified with a minimum of 4 or more people. On circuits with guaranteed departures, if it is not possible to operate the trip, Reis Transporte Service will present an alternative trip, either with a trip with similar characteristics or with an economic advantage.
Itinerary / Meeting points / Schedules
All published itineraries may be subject to change due to weather or operational problems. Due to airline schedule changes, the departure dates or itineraries indicated in the different programs may change.
The passenger must ensure the departure point and time of his circuit, expressly indicated in each itinerary. We may contact you using the data provided by you by phone, whatsap, e-mail or other means provided by you. Failure to submit may result in loss of services without the right to return the corresponding amounts. This case can be applied if en route the passenger does not show up at the times indicated by the guides or assistants.
